Why the same email matters
Paid orders on this site are tied to the email entered at checkout. That address is how a later order, the wallet balance, and the secure link to reopen a purchased lead stay with the same buyer. If the team uses a different inbox each time, those pieces do not line up.
The lines of business here are auto and home. The email does not change the access type. Shared, exclusive, and live leads are still different ways to buy, and each one is described on its own page. The email only identifies the buyer who paid.
You can read the marketplace, the pricing page, and free test leads before any email is required for a purchase. The address becomes the buyer record at checkout. Type it the same way each time, including the domain, so a typo does not file the order under a mailbox the team does not open.
Wallet balance on a later purchase follows that same address. It is not a second account. If two people on the desk buy under two emails, each one has a separate balance and a separate set of secure links. A shared inbox is the better choice when several people need to reopen the same orders.
